Watch and Read our Business Non-Negotiables

Take a few minutes to review how we operate and what we stand for. These principles shape every decision we make—and ensure we’re building your marketing on a solid foundation.

Fill Out the Marketing Agreement (Package)

This step confirms the scope of your package and officially puts your project in motion. Once signed, we can dive right into building your campaigns.

Make Your Payment

Your payment secures your place in our client queue and unlocks the start of your service setup. The sooner this is done, the sooner we can get rolling.

Fill Out the Onboarding Form

This form is our roadmap to your business—covering your services, service areas, and goals. The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor your strategy.

Schedule Kick-Off Call

Book your call within five business days. This one conversation sets the tone, aligns expectations, and ensures everyone knows what success looks like for your business.

Upload Images and Videos

After you complete the form and schedule your call, you’ll receive a Google Drive folder link. Upload your files there—it’s the best way to help us showcase your brand authentically.

What to upload:

  • Photos or media of your business, team, or projects
  • A high-resolution logo (or vector file)
  • Professional headshots of your team
  • Business Plans,
  • Marketing Materials, or Customer Documentation

During the Kick-Off Call

The kick-off call is where ideas become action. We’ll review your goals, gather any missing pieces, and set the stage for your campaigns. Google Account Access

Provide access to your Google platforms so we can handle tracking, analytics, and ads. This includes:

  • Google Business Profile
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Ads

YouTube Channel Access

Grant Manager access or let us create a channel for you. Having this ready allows us to publish and optimize videos that expand your online reach.

Domain Name Access

We’ll need your domain registrar login (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) to connect tracking, configure email, and strengthen your website performance.

Didn’t upload everything to the Google Drive yet? That’s okay—we’ll cover it during the call so nothing slips through the cracks.
